If you need this type of health care the best thing to do is go thru the er of any public hospital ( most hospitals are public) they cannot refuse you care based on inability to pay!. get in contact with the finance department after treatment , tell them you cannot pay!. no you don't? want to set up a payment plan!. you want to apply for any financial aid programs available ( they all have them) if you do this quickly no collection actions will start!. there aare also free clinics which can offer some of the best health care free if you qualify financially!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
