Should I go get checked out!? I fell and hit my head!.!?
I was running up my outside stairs cause one of my cats got out!. I think I slipped on the first step hitting my right arm and hit the side of my head!. I have a slight head ache and my eyes feel funny!. Kind of like a dry feeling!. I don't feel a lump where I hit my head but got an immediate headache after wards!. There doesn't seem to be a cut but the whole left side of my face hurts as well (I did hit my head on the left side)!. I've never had a concussion!. Do I need to worry!. What should I do!? Thanks!. Oh one more thing, I do have the chills also!. Nauseated but have not vomited!.

You should go see your regular doctor and insist to see a doctor that can give you xrays you might also ask to see your eye doctor!. maybe a neurologist just once just in case!.
