Question: HELP I THINK I HAVE SOMTHING IN MY ARM!?
im 13 and my arm aches so does my hand some days it dosent it isent because i write with it as i dont its a little stiff and weak but my hand and arm where the pain is are so skinny that i think i would be able to see somthing please please please help meWww@Answer-Health@Com

Do you play video games a lot!? The repetitive motions you make playing these games while holding your arms in generally the same position can cause all kinds of sensations from pain, tingling, numbness, to general achiness!. Take regular breaks from your video games, do some exercises that have your arms moving freely!. Get up and move around!. Better yet, limit your game playing to 1-3 days a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
