Anybody knows why heels can be painful and what is the cure for it?!

Question: Anybody knows why heels can be painful and what is the cure for it!?
My heels are painful particularly when I just woke up in the morning!. It's not swollen and no wound!. I don't stand up or walk much (in fact, I am sitting most of the time)!. I am always wearing sneakers and lately, I have put pads on my shoes too to ease the pain but it's still the same!. I weight 140 pounds and I am 5'2" tall and physically active (I work out and swim 3 times a week) so I suppose it's not because I am overweight!. I have also stopped taking vitamin C (almost a month now) but my heels are still painful (particularly the sides of the heels!. Does anybody have or had the same case as mine!? what did you do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could have plantar fasciitis!. Try these movements and if there is no improvement in a week or so then see a podiatrist!. Before you go to sleep and get out of bed in the morning do this movement!. Lie flat on the bed or floor with the knees straight!. Have the muscles of the front of the feet pull the foot towards the knees!. Pull as hard as possible and hold each movement for ten seconds!. Relax and repeat the cycle four more times!. Once you have learned this movement do it while sitting and standing!. Also do this stretch, try to squat down on the heels while keeping the entire surface of the foot flat on the floor!. At first you may have to hold onto something but with time you will be able to do this independently!. Attempt to sit there for thirty seconds or longer!. The last movement should only be done if you are used to doing stretches for the legs and lower back!. The movement is the downward facing dog!. That movement will help to stretch and strengthen the necessary muscles of the legs to offset this problem!. Again if there is no improvement in a week or so see a podiatrist!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Inspect your entire foot using a hand mirror to see if there are any injuries!. Soak you feet in warm water as there may be a caking of dead skin!. You might have to scratch some off using a pumice bar or your fingernails!. If that doesn't do anything or you see some injuries, see a podiatrist or your doctor!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly, I had the same problem!. But, mine would swell!. My trainer told me to wear supportive shoes, ones with a good arch!. Try It!Www@Answer-Health@Com
