i went to the beach and a wave took me out!.i face planted right on my cheek!.now its purplish & looks like someone punched me!it hurts really bad and the pain is going towards my teeth

Ah man thats gotta suck, thats what you get for not inviting me to the beach! lol jk! Well im guessing its just that your gums got a serious bruise in which putting ice on it for ten minutes at a time will help (wrap the ice in a thin towel)!. Have you checked to see if you have any cracked teeth by any chance!? Or possibly you teeth dug into your gums!.!.!.which takes awhile to heal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
