Answers:
Get a tab of hot water, put some salt in it and stirred it make sure that the salt is resolved!. Then you put your feet in the hot water as long as you can!.
After that you try your feet and put some medicine that you know the best to kill bacterias and bandage your toe up!.
Do this 2 times a day!. See what will happen!Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok this is a normal occurrence especially if you where trainers alot
The cuticle will heal but the itching will go away in a few days if you wash your feet and the affected area well with salt water then dry your feet thoroughly the salt water will kill and bacteria under the cuticle make sure your feet are given air as well other wise it will take longer for your toe to healWww@Answer-Health@Com

if you stubbed it, then it could have detatched from the nail bed, in which case, it will grow back later!. no worries!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
