How long does it take for a pulled hamstring to heal?!
Question: How long does it take for a pulled hamstring to heal!?
My doctor said one week and pretty much don't do anything that causes pain and to stretch it a little each day and take some ibuprofen for the pain!. Is there anything else I should know or do!? I've done a lot of walking (didn't hurt and if it started I just slowed down and it felt better)!. It is been a little over three days and it still hurts is that normal or have I injured it more!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Let it rest, i done that once while playing football!. Just let it rest and eat well, protein would be recommended!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
