tension= rub your temples or ice
dehydration= ice water and sleep

depending where your headache is you can press/massage the area right between the thumb and first finger of the Right hand outer side!. This is a spot that has been used traditionally in acupuncture for head pain for centuries!.
I have had several people with migrane type headache relieved when doing this!. If the pain does not go away totally there are other options and I may be able to help you if you email me!.

You could try Peppermint Oil!. I know it sounds crazy but it really works!. Rub some on your fore head!.!.!.Not a lot!.!.!.just below the hair line and then rub some on your temples!. That's for a headache tho not a sinus headache or infection!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
