I don't know what caused my tongue to feel like it got burnt!.
the outer part of my tongue looks really red!.
My tongue looks like i burnt it from drinking something really hot!.

You may have come into contact with something your body is allergic to!. Have you eaten anything in the last three days that you don't usually eat, or a large quantity of something!? Cinnamon gum causes all the fibers on my tongue to enlarge and feel burnt for a couple days after chewing it!. But it doesn't usually show extreme redness!. I would say that if you don't start feeling relief today, you should probably go get it checked out!. Are you having any other symptoms!?: Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had this and it was my dentist who suggested I may be anaemic!.I went to docs who took blood and I was very anaemic and low in vit b!. Not saying this is your problem but the condition of the tongue cam be an indicator of other medical conditions!. Go to docs and have it checkedWww@Answer-Health@Com

we arent doctors, consult a GP, otherwise go to NHS direct, but that site can only give you a preliminary diagnosis, if you think you have burnt it you may well have, its not unusualWww@Answer-Health@Com
