Does anyone know of a non-narcotic painkiller for a major headache (almost a mig!

Question: Does anyone know of a non-narcotic painkiller for a major headache (almost a migraine)!?
I have had the worse headache that has lasted almost constant for the past 4 weeks!. I've seen a doc and I've been to the ER but all they give me is Tylenol #3!. I was told that because I was on anti-depressants and anti-psychotics there was nothing that could be done!. I must also note that they found a venous angioma on the left side of my brain (where the headache is located)!. Any suggestions would be great!.

~ Hi ~! Wow!. Given the venous Angioma, I would highly recommend you seek the medical attention of a Neurologist!. I would hate to recommend a medication I would take and have it be wrong!. I don't have that condition and a specialist will be able to take into consideration all the medications you're currently taking and a good medication for the pain!.

I see a neurologist for my migraines and he takes in consideration any medications I take!.

Please see a specialist a Neurologist or if the pain persists go to emergency!.

I'm sorry you're in so much pain!.

I use a herbal tablet manufactured by Nutrition Care, the main ingredient is Feverfew and White Willow (the original aspirin)!. It also has Vinca Minor in it that helps the brain to function with less circulation (due to spasm in the blood vessels)!. Also contains magnesium, that is helpful in relaxing in general!. Magnesium also have relaxing effect on muscles, that is the function for it in the body!. So if your headaches come from a cramped muscle it would be helping to solve that cause!. Chiropractic adjustment and massage would be also helpful!. The venous angioma is something that not much can be done about, just be careful, look after your blood pressure, and general health, including cholesterol!. Headaches usually the sign of something else going on in your system, the angioma can be one underlying cause, also oddly liver problems can cause headaches!. Some liver herbs can do an absolute magic in this situation!. I used to have headaches on a daily bases before I did herbal medicine!. My first encounter with natural therapies was an old naturopath, who put me on Dandelion roots!. Oddly I never even mentioned to her that I had headaches, it was so much part of my life!. On the 3rd day after I started to take the herbs, I got up in the morning with a strange feeling!. Took he a good hour to figure it out that I did not have a head ache!. So I became a herbalist!. Now headaches are a novelty, and usually come when I am stressed ot really bad!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
