Answers:
Well it sounds like there are other areas of your life like perhaps your diet or exercise or maybe you are lacking some essential vitamins!. Whatever the case there are many ways for you to gain energy!.

First, make sure you are sleeping enough!. That's energy 101!. No sleep= no energy!. An average adult needs somewhere between 6-8 hours of sleep a night!. Any more and you'll be tired, too little and you'll also be tired!. You can also try taking a small power nap during the day too!. A power nap is 15-20 mins long no more!.

Second, make sure you are eating well enough!. You should be eating a balanced healthy diet!. No twinkies or ding dongs!. They don't give you energy!. Good healthy foods with the proper mix of carbs, protein and good fats!. Fish is a great energy providing food and also if you get tired at work you can snack on nuts!. Nuts are great energy foods and they have good fatty acids in them as well, much better than munching on a donut!. Also drink plenty of water!

Third, you should be taking a multi vitamin!. Make sure your multi vitamin has a good B complex mixed into it!. If it doesn't, you need to add that to your diet!. Coq10 is also a great vitamin for energy levels!.

Exercise is also good to add to your daily routine!. Exercise will definitely keep up your energy levels!. I will warn you as you're getting into shape, you'll feel a little sluggish, but after a week or so you'll have increased energy levels and actually look forward to going to the gym!. Cardio and yoga are great energy boosting activities!. Also make sure you are taking in a good amount of protein on the days that you go to the gym!. You'll need it!.

Now if you've done all of this and still need more energy, try taking energy supplements!. Like maybe drink a little bit of coffee in the morning or try out a healthy energy drink!. Not the ones that you find in the stores, or at least most of them!. Those will just make you crash later on in the day because they are too high in caffeine and sugar!. I use one that is low in sugar and caffeine and relies on vitamins and antioxidants to give boosts in energy!. Its nice because I don't crash later on in the day and of course it is way healthier for me!. The one I used I found in a free trial, although I don't know how long it lasts!. You might be anaemic!. You might be suffering from stress or anxiety!. There could be several reasons but they all need you to see your doctor!. You might need a blood test to make sure you aren't lacking in something that could be contributing to your tiredness!.

See your doctor asap, as it is best to get something like this sorts now than waiting!.

It could be a vitamin defiency making you tired and sleepy!.or depression!. In rare cases it could a real guilty conscience!. Another cause is the mixture of certain drugs or 1 drug by itself !. Ask your Doctor or pharmicist if the drugs you take can cause this problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes when you sleep to much you can still feel tired as your body has had way to much sleep so you will feel groggy throughout the day, make sure you have a good breakfast and don't eat too late in the eveningWww@Answer-Health@Com

Could be all sorts!. I get it myself but the docs say there's nothing wrong!. Maybe im just lazy! Go to doc and get blood tests done!. Dont let them try putting you on any happy tablets before getting blood done though!. Thyroid and Glandular Fever test should be ticked too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be many things!. Low iron or some other vitamin deficiency!. It could even be something as serious as diabetes!. What ever it is you should be diagnosed by a doctor and not these knuckleheads in here!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you either drink too much sugar or you are pregnant!. If you are not pregnant, then stop drinking sugar and drink lots of vitamin C with no sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
