Answers:
Its probably the Jalapeno oils!. I canned some hungarian peppers one year, and didn't know I was supposed to wear gloves when I was cleaning and preparing them!. Boy were my hands burning! Maybe the next time, don't touch the pepper with your fingers!. By the way!.!.!.!.the Pico de Gallo sounds YUMMY!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may be allergic to one of the ingreadients!.

Dont eat the "Pico de Gallo" for a few days!.

Next, what you are going to do is eat one ingreadient in the morning, each day!. For example:

Day 1!. Eat tomatoes first thing in the morning, and see if your hand burns!.

Day 2!. Eat red onions first thing in the morning, and see if your hand burns!.

Day 3!. eat Jalepeno first thing in the morning, and see if your hand burns!.

Day 4!. Eat cilantro first thing in the morning, and see if your hand burns!.

Yes, I know it will be kinda gross to eat plain cilantro, but its the only way to see if your allergic to those ingreadients!. Also, dont eat any of those ingreadients as listed above, or else it will mess up the results!.

Goodluck! And if this doesnt help, go to a clinic to get tested for allergies!.

As for treatment, you have to find the cause FIRST!. You can try some "Aloe Vera Gel" though, and see if that helps!.

If you have anyother questions, edit them in, and I can get back to you!. :) Goodluck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
