Answers:
its sprained, no big deal!. don't put ice on it!. contrary to popular belief, after a certain period of time, ice will not affect it!. if it was broken you would not be able to feel it unless when putting weight on it, and it would be swollen!. dislocated would swell like crazy, and hurt more than a break!. try to keep your weight off it, and tape it, taking care to not restrict blood flow!. it should be good in about a week!. good luck, and good health Www@Answer-Health@Com

you probably sprained it!.
i have done that many times before!.
you definately didnt break it or you wouldnt be able to feel it and it would be swelling!.
this is what i would do

R-Rest the joint for at least 48 hours!.
I-Ice the injury to reduce swelling!.
Do not apply ice directly to the skin!. Use an ice pack or wrapa towel around the ice or a package of frozen vegetables!. Apply ice for about 20 minutes at a time!.
C-Compress the swelling with an elastic bandage!.
E-Elevate the injury above the level of the heart!.

no more then 20 mins of ice at a time!
if you do more it doesnt help!!! i hope you get better!
after a week and a half it is still bothering you i would call a doctor!.
