How many hours of sleep do you usually get in a day?!


Question: How many hours of sleep do you usually get in a day!?
my maximum's 6 hours, cant do more than that!.!.is that kinda unhealthy!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it doesn't bother you, 6 is great!. That mean you have more time awake than most people!. You are really making the most of your time here on earth!. I wish I could do that!. I always love to wake up early and accomplish so much by mid-day!.

As long as you eat well and feel great during the day, then, it's healthy!. You probably get a really good straight 6 hour rest!. Some people sleep for 10 hours but keep waking up during the evening or they think too much and don't get a good sleep - now, that's bad!

On the weekends, I can usually sleep around 10 hours because I'm so tired from the week!. For school, I usually get around 5 or 6, which isn't enough at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No 6 hours isn't really healthy!. 7 to 8 hours is what you should be getting and is healthier for your body!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

8 hours is what you should be getting!. people that sleep more are normally healthier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
