Answers:
You are most likely smelling Butyrate!. Butyrate is a short chain fatty acid produced in the intestinal tract by certain forms of bacteria living there!.

Butyrate is a vital nutrient for the health of your colon!. Medical studies even suggest that higher levels of butyrate may help protect against colon cancer!.

The supplements you are taking (especially cinnamon and horse chestnut) may be changing the balance of bacteria living in your gut!. This change may be the cause of the high rate of butyrate production (which is being absorbed into your blood stream and then being excreted in your urine!.

Note: Butter contains high amounts of butyrate!.
