Answers:
NO q-tips they can puncture your eardrum
you should lay your head flat on one side!. then using a eye dropper or medicine dropper get warm water and rinse the inside of your ear!. you might even want to use some Hydrogen peroxide!. this will help clean it out and get rid of bacteria!. (don't worry it wont hurt just tickle a little due to the bubbles it makes in your ear!.)
then let it sit for 5 mins!. turn you head on the opposite side and let the liquid drain out!. then lightly dab the ear with a cotton ball!.

hope that helps! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes what they said is true but they need to explain better!!

You need to get something that shoots out water (like a baby bulb) & turn your head to which ever side and gently squirt the water in your ear and let it run out then get a q-tip and very carefully pick up any excess sand left you can repeat if necessary

Good Luck :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

Do not use cotton swabs of other small objects as you may puncture your eardrum!. Get a clean rubber nasal syringe of the type that people use to clear babies' noses!. Irrigate your ear with warm water via squirts of water from the rubber syringe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Gently use a q-tip to remove the sand!.!.!.!.or you can go in the shower and dip your head under the running water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
