What can be done to fix a shin splint?!


Question: What can be done to fix a shin splint!?
My left shin has been bothering me lately!. I just finished my football season (Australian) and now think Im getting or have gotten a shin splint!.

Anything I can do to make it go away!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
