Question: How do people tear their acl!?

Well most people tear there ACL from sports!. Either a direct hit to the knee, or something as easy as a ockward step could tear your ACL!. I havent torn my ACL but I have many friends who have torn there's from football, and basketball!. But what I have done is torn my meniscus from playing basketball, I took a ockward step and found horrible pain throughout my whole knee!.Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
