they know the disbenifit of smoking n yet still smoke!.!.!. the more u wan to quit!.!.!. the more stress u are!.!.!. the more stress u are!.!.!. most likely u will buy a pack!.!.!. onces u buy a pack
u will tell yr self!.!.!. after this pack i will quit!.!.!. one short finish the 3-4 stick n never buy agian !.!. next u will force yrself not to smoke!.!.!.!. the next moment u feel very uncomfortable n irrition without cigarette
!.!.!. the drug is more powerful then human habit!.!.!.!.!. so to quit u really next to work it out to yr own method



the good is!.!.!.!. quiting u will benifit good health!.!.!. look fresher!.!.!.!. no cigarette smell!.!. whiter teeth!.!.!.!. save money
confidences!.!. no more ligthing a cigarette to solve yr stress!.!.!. freah air breath in!.!.!.

i already set a mind for quiting!.!. but fail!.!.!. cus the cigarette is expensive!.!.!. but affortable if u really want it!.!.!.
i buy it for in case of irriation!.!.!.!. how to quit!?

i getting my car soon!.!.!. hope this will force myself to quit smoking due to the tight spending allowance for owning a car
yet i spend abit more money but i got a car n good health instead of keep smoking with bad health!.!.!. lol

Answers:
I tried to quit smoking for at least 4 or 5 years before I finally succeeded!. It was pure extreme agony!. I used the nicotine patch because at least it took away some of that horrible craving!.
What is worse & worse is that cigarette manufacturers are aware that many people are trying to quit but can't so one thing that they do is to put more additives into the mixture of
tobacco, making the addiction 5X stronger!. They very much need for people to keep smoking, otherwise they have no more money rolling in, right!?
Like a friend once told me, as long as you never stop trying to quit, one day you will be successful!. She was right!. It
took a long time, but believe me, I am SO HAPPY that I was able to quit smoking!. All I can say to you is don't ever
give up! Keep trying, even if you try & fail and try & fail over and over again!. One of these times you will succeed and once you are over the "hump" which to me was after a month or two had gone by, I was so immensely relieved that the craving was gone that all I could do was walk around feeling so grateful that I wasn't smoking!. That was about 13 years ago now!. Trust me, you can do it!. Just keep trying!.

Quiting smoking is possible for you!. focus on the car and how it's worth it because of that!. 300 a month is a lot of money!. If your friends pick on you because of quiting smoking it's because they want you to fail, because otherwise you will be better and stringer than them and they can't stand that!. Think about that!.

Smoking is more of a psychological addiction than a physical one!. It certainly sounds like you have a high psychological dependency for cigarettes!. If you really want to quit you must discover the reasons why you smoke and then eliminate or change these thought processes!.
