Avoid sitting in low chairs,can cause dislocation of hip!.
Take regular analgesia and time with activities of daily living!.
Where support socks/stockings for support when ambulating!.
Use of walking aid ie,stick or frame!.
Avoid bending at 90 degree angle!.
Consider use of calcium supplement to aid bone regeneration!.
