Question: I've had this head-ache for a week!?
it comes n goes throught the day!.!.!.!. i dont like taking medicine!.!.!. does anyone know any home remedies!?!? my jefita says to suck on a lemon but that didnt work!. :(Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here's a pressure point you can try!. Take the thumb and index finger of one hand and squeeze or pinch the webbing between your other thumb and index finger, go as far back in the webbing as you can!. Start squeezing and see if it hurts, if not, try the other hand, but I bet one of them will!. When you feel it hurting as you squeeze, keep working on that until it quits hurting and that should make your headache go away or at least ease up!. I think you are a lady, so maybe you can have your boyfriend, or at least someone who can squeeze harder than you, do it for you!. If you are at home and this happens, they say an ice cube between the webbing will do it also!. Wishing you the very best of luck and hopefully this procedure will help you!. lavendar oil rubbed into your temples,heaps and heaps of water,relaxing bath,cool wet washer on back of neck,( increase your fibre in case the headache is caused from your bowels or intestine) but if youve had it for a week ,please visit a med!.!.youll have to figur out whats causing it whether it be a food allergy or a muscular/skeletal issue etc!. best of luck xxWww@Answer-Health@Com
