Run it under cool water for 10 minutes!. Then do so again in an hour!. You can cool it every hour for the next few hours!.
Do not put anything on it as you could seal the heat in!.
If it blisters, you need to see a doctor!. Do not pop them!.!.!. leave them be or you can get an infection!.
