Question: Why during the night do I wake up three times always at the same times!?
Answers:
I have heard it has something to do with bio rhythms!. I have also heard that it has to do with hormones!. I can tell you that since I've been going through menopause, I wake up at the same time every night, twice a night!.
You know, it could be one of a million things!. If it bugs you and or depriving you of good restful sleep, you might want to see your doctor!.
Or you can just wait it out!.

u would have practised getting up at that time earlier!.
sleep in a dark place, hear a mild music before u sleep, read a boring novel, drink a glass of hot milk before u sleep!.
lie on ur right side with ur right hand plam under ur cheeks!.this will help u to have a good and peaceful sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
