ok number one!.!.!.don't get into fights!.!.!.lol!.!.!.but i think you may have just sprained it because i take taekwondo and i sprained my pinky knuckle breaking a board!.!.!.it was alot like what you described!.!.!.if it was broken your pinky would be out of place!.!.!.so just ice it down for about a week and keep it restedWww@Answer-Health@Com

My opinion is to ice it down and keep it rested until the swelling goes down and see if it looks like it maybe out of place or if it looks like it is split!. Because you may have sprang it or you may have broke it or you may have fractured it!. I fight in AFC it is kind of like UFC and these things happen to us alot!. and alot of times if you don't let the swelling go down when you go have it Ex-rayed it will not show up!. So Wait for the swelling to go down then go have it Ex-rayed Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could be, go and get an X ray!. there is not much they can do for a busted knuckle however, you could take some nurophen this will take away some of the swelling and pain make sure you have something to eat before you take this medication, and I would stop punching things for a while!.
