If someone has broken into your home then you have every right to defend yourself!. If I was in that position and I saw the intruder with lethal weaponI would try to call the cops or I would shoot to disarm but not to kill!. If I did not see any weapon and they where rumbling through my stuff then I would call the cops or scare them out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
