Taking over a gram of paracetamol every day would slowly poison your liver causing cirrhosis and eventual liver failure!. I've no idea how long such a process would take, it would vary from person to person depending on age, height, weight, gender, alcohol etc etc!. Symptoms would include nausea, vomiting, weight loss, diarrhoea, jaundice (yellow skin), abdominal pain, abdominal distension (large fluid filled abdomen) swollen ankles, confusion, drowsiness!.
