Question: V3600 Hydrcodone Vs M363 Is there any real diffrence!?
The Veterans Affairs sent me my refill and ive been taking the M363 for pain for awhile now!. But today the V3600 show up!. Is there any real diffrence!. I know there the same strength but other than who makes them is there much diffrence!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No There really isn't any difference between them the v3600 is made by qualtest and the m363 is made by mallincrkrodt!. The only difference there may be are some of the fillers(inactive ingredients)!. Most the time when people have problems with other generic brands it's because of being allergic to fillers,etc!. But that's not very common at all!. However, I have heard some people complain about the mallincrkodt, saying that it doesn't work as well(haven't heard anything on qualtest though, most want watson)!. But that again is usually due to inactive ingredients not dissolving as fast, so they're not getting the effect quite as fast!. The active drug has to be EXACTLY the same to be used as a generic!. So again the active ingredient is the same thing!.
