yes!. its mainly for those of low income or no income and those who have little or no insurance!. You just have to hope and pray that the meds the doctor gives you is on the list of $4!. meds!. Tell your doctor to please allow for generics too!. You would be the first one to get low cost meds ahead of the rich Alot of places ask you sign on to be one of their regulars on the $4!. rxs and its free!. It just makes it easier the next time you go there and you are in their system as to what your allergies and such are too in addition!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
