Tailbone pain after exercise, advice please.?!


Question: Tailbone pain after exercise, advice please!.!?
Frequently after physical exercise I get a pain around my tailbone area in the lower back!. I've been doing quite a few push ups, crunches and pull ups recently along with jumping and running(Parkour training)!.

Are there any good self-weight exercises to strengthen this part of my lower back!? What can I do to help this!?
