My ankles are susceptible to sprains. How do I strengthen them?!


Question: My ankles are susceptible to sprains!. How do I strengthen them!?
Answers:
There was a time when I seemed to step off curbs and twist my ankle frequently!.

You have to watch where you are stepping!. Try out some arch supports or good supporting walking shoes or something to cushion your feet!.

Unfortunately, you just need to do activities that require the ankles and be very careful!. As the other commenter mentioned, ice skating is a good one!. Dancing is another!.

Just to be on the safe side, try to wear shoes and socks that support your ankles well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I personally ice skate, so I have pretty strong ankles!. Most of the movements you do on ice come from your ankles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
