I use The Back Pro for all my back and neck pain!. I was introduced to it a couple of months ago and it really fixes any problems that come up, like waking up with pain in my hip, or lower back pain and muscle pain!. I've been sleeping better and the pain in my thigh and leg when away very quickly!. I use it every day, and I don't have to take pain killers, which is something I really hate to do!.

Low back pain is a very common complaint and affects four out of five people at some stage in their lives!.

Back pain can be caused by injury or damage to any of the structures in the back such as tendons, muscles, bones or discs!. Most cases of back pain are caused by minor strains and settle quickly!. Occasionally, illnesses such as kidney infection or pelvic inflammatory disease can cause back pain!.

A prolapsed (bulging) disc in the lower back, commonly called a slipped disc, is a common cause of low back pain!. And if the slipped disc puts pressure on the sciatic nerve, can cause sciatica!.

What is sciatica!?

Sciatica describes pain that runs along the sciatic nerve!. The sciatic nerve is the largest nerve in the body!. It runs from the spinal cord at the lower end of the spine through the buttock and down the back of the thigh!. Anything that causes pressure or irritation of the nerve will cause sciatica pain!.

The most common cause of sciatica in people aged 20-40 years is a slipped disc!. The jelly-like material in the core of the disc leaks out through a tear in the outer covering of the disc and presses on the sciatic nerve roots as they emerge from the spinal cord!. Pain occurs in the buttock, thigh and leg due to irritation of the sciatic nerve!.

I have been to a chiropractor and they always don't help you!. If the pain is going down your leg it sounds like it is the sciatica nerve and that is very painful and there is not a lot they can do for that!. They can give you pain medication and muscle relaxers to calm the pain down but it will not remove the pain totally!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

go to your doctor!. sounds like sciatic nerve pain and that's not going to get much better without some sort of intervention!. don't start with chiro though b/c you need to have a clear picture of the problem!. you may need cat scan or MRI to determine if there is a pinched nerve or not!. i have SI joint problems in the lower left side of my back and it radiates into my side!. there are treatments available but you need to go to a back dr or ortho that treats backs and get a regimen in place!.

good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
