How come I get so tired easily?!
Question: How come I get so tired easily!?
I just started college and get about 7 - 8 hours of sleep every night!. During the day, I get sleepy for no good reason!. I suspect something in the dorm food is making me tired, but that is just silly!. I appreciate your answers!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stress, poor diet, not getting quality sleep!.!.!. as well you may not feel stimulated in class which can make you feel tired (especially if its a large class where you do not get to have a lot of discussion or its a lecture)!.
If you can, bring a bottled water and a piece of fruit with you to snack on mid way through the class!. It may help!.

Lack of proper nutrition!. Anemic!? Have the doctor check your blood!. Low blood iron can cause tiredness!. Also you could be a 9 to 10 hr sleep needed person!. Some funtion on less others more!. See if going to bed an extra hour (or two) helps!. If you think it is the food,(like trying exta sleep), you need to do that with the food!. Cut out something that you usually eat for about 2 weeks!. If you find that there is not a difference in your well being try another item!. Skip all white sugar products!. i!.e!. then the next week cut out all white flour products!. Then monitor (write down a journal of how you feel!. groggy, alert or no diff)!.
I would see if cutting out the white sugar helps first then the white bread!. Then try cutting out white rice!.
