Can 20mgs of Ambien for 12 nights cause health problems?!
Question: Can 20mgs of Ambien for 12 nights cause health problems!?
I am currently prescribed Ambien!. The directions are 2 10mgs at bedtime!. ( Yes, I know the normal does is 10mg nightly however, given me circumstance and the fact that the normal dose was not working, my dr!. changed the dose for a short time!.) I only have 12 days left and told my dr!. that I don't want to be on it for than the 12 days!.!.!.!.Am I going to suffer from any health problems from this dose!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, your doctor wouldn't have prescribed it to you at this dose with out telling your the possible side effects, I am pretty sure your not the only one who has been on a dose this high!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well, presumably your doctor knows the answer to this!.!.!.drug handbooks and the PDR all recommend against such a high dose, kidney and liver damage, not to mention psychological dependance, are a very real risk with this drug!. Personally, I wouldn't do it, regardless of what a doctor might tell me, it isn't his body he's putting this stuff into, is it!?
