How can i quit smoking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?!

Oh yeah I've quit once for two months but that wasn't by any of my choice I was ona ventilator for 2 weeks and then had recovery time blah blah!.!.!. And i quit another time for about 2 weeks!.!. my doctors wanted to put me on anti depression medicine and my mom said if they were going to do that then I should just smoke!.!.
I think honestly where people get into trouble when it comes to quitting smoking cigs, they are telling themselves that they have to quit!.!. And maybe your not, but I believe its really mind over matter in this case for the simple fact if you were to say I want to quit and then not think about it find other things to do with your hands, you could quit!.!.
Smoking is an addiction, and I've been there done that where you run out buy the gum the patches when a carton of cigs is alot cheaper!.!.lol

I started smoking at the age of 12 (bad i no!.) I then gave up at the age of 15, it was terrible i was soo grumpy and moaning all the time!. I went cold turkey which i found was the best way for me although i did put on a bit of weight!. Keep yourself occupied at all times, the gym is a good one (:

look for a hypnotherapist who also practises nlp, cbt and eft!. they should be able to sort you out in about three sessions, which should cost about
