For some reason my back is KILLING me!.
It hurts most when I sit down, or stand up or lay on my back!.

do you have any uncooked rice!?
If so, put some in a tube sock, tie it up , then nuke it for 20-30 seconds!.!.!.then take a Motrin!

ouch! Get a rag and run it under hot water and place it on your back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
