Question: Please Help Sleeping Problems !?
i get home around 3:00 pm and by the time I'm home i feel so tired and take naps around 4:00-6:00 pm because i get so tired,than i go to be really late like around 1:00 am because i took a nap in the afternoon and my body isn't tired anymore!and i wake up at like 5 am and i need lots of sleep because if i don't get it the cycle just repeats itself unless its a weekend :),lol please help me thanks peace and love

You might want to change your eating habits!. Eat healthier!. Eat at normal intervals!. Don't take naps!. If you absolutely HAVE to then take a hot (warm) bath or shower!. Don't exercise before going to bed it actually wakes you up instead of making you tired!. Don't eat any later than 9 p!.m!.

Don't just suddenly start going to bed at eight or nine!. slowly decrease the time you go to bed!. Start by going to bed half an hour early!. Decrease every day or every week!. Even if you don't feel tired still get into bed!. Eventually you'll fall asleep!. Keep a notebook and a pen by your bed so if you think of something you can right it down and it won't trouble your thoughts!.

If all else fails try counting sheep!. :) lol

Don't take naps!. That's the best thing you can do!.
