Question: How do I get rid of working out muscle pain!.!.!?
Im in cross country for about 2 days!.!. today would be the second!.!. since i join lated i didnt warm up or anything i went straight to the workouts everyday!.!.!. my thighs hurt and around ab area!.!.!. i know that its good becuz one it stop hurting im gonna get stronger!.!.!. but isnt there anything to reduce the pain!.!.!.like serious pain i know its not like anyhting fatal becz!.!. its not only me!.!. but i hink mine hurt the most cause out of all the people i try to push my myself the most!.!. our school is a fast school so yehWww@Answer-Health@Com

Stretch regularly, like once every hour or so!.!.!.the muscle was probably pulled a bit and keeping the blood flowing through it will help it heal faster feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
