depending on how old the scar is, some products will work quickly, some won't!. Bio Oil is sold at walmart but i've not heard of great results!. I know Mederma works, but i don't think in a week!. The best thing you could do for an acne scar is if it's recent and staying red, try using a metal spoon taken out of the freezer to make the blood vessels calm down and ease the redness away (hold the back of the cold spoon on the red spot for about 30 seconds), but be aware the cold will turn the skin more pink for a few minutes first before it subsides the original redness!. Then look for a green stick concealer!.!.it hides red best!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
