Painful to open my left eye?!
Question: Painful to open my left eye!?
Well I was showering and got soap in my eye, there was a painful sting!. After I was done showering, suddenly my left eye stung like crazy!. Made my eye water!. It been lasting for couple hour!. I checked the mirror to see my eye, and saw that there's a really small cut on it!. I lightly poked it to see if the cut was really there!. It was!. I applied eye drop on the eye!. Should I just rest and use eye drop for couple of days and wait it to heal!? OR go to the doctor to check it up!? Thanks in Advance!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not an expert to eye stuff, but a cut to your eye could be serious!. If you can get an infection to your finger with a paper cut, then an infection to your eye could be serious, may even cause blindness!. I had a cut on my eyelid before but not exactly in the eye!. I ignored it and it healed up!. But if the cut is inside your eyelid, I suggest you take a visit to the Doctor and ask about infections to the eyeWww@Answer-Health@Com
