Why do I have really bad pain in my pelvic area?!


Question: Why do I have really bad pain in my pelvic area!?
I have been exercising this week by doing jumping jacks, and crunches and I woke up this morning with realy bad pain in my pelvic area and I just wanted to see if this is normal or something I should worry about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if it hurts or it is sore, that means you had a good workout, and if you're serious about this excercise, you should be proud of the pain!.
but to relieve, use icey hot cream or Ben Gay muscle rub!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I'm not sure of the exact area you are having the pains, but it seems like you just pulled or strained a muscle in there somewhere!. Shouldn't be too big of a deal just lay off the exercise till the pain is gone and do some other type of activity that doesn't include that part of the body!.

You may also be cramping, you could try to stretch it out!. But, like I said not quite sure of the exact area you are talkin about and etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's probably because you're over working or that you aren't getting enough liquids!.

If you keep working with any water or some drink, then groin and kidneys are going to hurt, because there's no fluids to pump out the wastes and salts when you exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
