How should I get to sleep easier?!


Question: How should I get to sleep easier!?
I suffer from IBS, which is Irritable Bowel Syndrome!. One symptom of IBS, is nocturnal symptoms!. I usually can't get to sleep, and I need help! Www@Answer-Health@Com

R u taking any medications or for IBS!?!?
Try to avoid having heavy fatty meals 2 hours before bed time, avoid caffeine, smoking!.
A warm shower before sleep really helps relaxing ur body!.!.!.!.
Walking for about 30 minutes a day before bed time will be helpful for both IBS and sleepingWww@Answer-Health@Com

Get some valerian from your health food store!. If you can take a bath, do so before going to bed!. A warm milk drink will help, also, if you can spray your pillow with lavender or even use some lavender drops in your bath will help!. Lavender oil in a burner not only gives off a pleasant fragrance, but is very calming!. Try aloe vera drink to help your IBS, you have probably tried peppermint oil capsules and tea!. They do calm the stomach and bowel!.

when i need to get to sleep without using pills oranything i eat turkey!. turkey contains something called tryptophan which makes you feel sleepy, and its all natural!. oh and pull your floorfan out if you have one, even if it isnt summer!. white noise helps you sleep, I personally cant sleep without my fan, youll get hooked on it tooWww@Answer-Health@Com
