I have trouble going to sleep on time?!


Question: I have trouble going to sleep on time!?
i have tried tiring myself working out etc!. but everyday i keep going to sleep much later!. Sometimes I'm awake for 2 whole days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if this has been going on for some time then you have ruined your circadian rhythm!. Once its out of place its usually very hard to get it back into a good rhythm!. It's going to take alot of "trying" to fall asleep and waking up tired but if you really put some effort into going to bed on time and waking up early then eventually your rhythm will fall back into place!.

Aim to eventually go to sleep at 11:00 pm and wake up at 7-8 am!. Every night turn out the light a half hour earlyer and wake up at 7-8 every day!. You will be tired at first but you really have to try to sleep properly!. Not sleeping properly can have extreme health risks!. Check out the source for more info!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
