Usually after a very busy day but where I havn't been thinking too much!.
For example school nights I tend to be in thinking mode lol!. So I am distracted to get to sleep!.
So usually Saturdays when I am out with my friend's all day, and come home, relax for a while and then I have the nicest deep sleep ever :)

I really feel that i get the best sleep on thursday nights, at least during the school year, because i know that the next day is friday and i will have a break from school!.
