If it hurts why do you do it!?
I popped mine for years!.(about 40 years) Don't know why I quit it was not a conscious effort!. I do know it does not make your knuckles bigger, nor does it cause arthritis!. I am 63 so I am not like a teen telling you this it is life experience!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
