Question: I have been sick!.!.!. so my sleeping hours are off how can i go back to a better sleeping scheduel !?

take pain killers and most of them make u fell sleepy

You have probably been napping during the day during your illness!. As you start to feel better you will be up and around more!. Little by little you will get into your regular routine of daily living!. Limit naps and get on your regular schedule!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
