Try this for the problem!. Before going to sleep or just before getting out of bed in the morning do this!. From the long sitting position or from a lying position keep the knees straight!. Using the muscles of the feet have them pull the front of the feet up towards the knees!. You will know that it is working as there will be a pulling or stretching sensation in the calves!. Hold the stretch for ten seconds and relax!. Do that cycle five to ten times!. Once you have mastered this movement it can be done sitting or standing as well as in the starting position!. You can also stand on a wide book with one heel on the book and the front of the foot on the floor!. Using an ankle weight draped across the foot pull it up ten times!. At the top of each pull hold the movement for one or two seconds!. Do this fifteen times on each foot!. You should notice a difference in a few days!. The exercises must be kept up for the problem to resolve!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I did not use orthotics I used 2 aleve twice a day for 2 weeks and it went away!. But I have a very good stomach, if you have stomach problems I would not do this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
