Feeling left out, what do i do?!


Question: Feeling left out, what do i do!?
i dont no why but i'm not the same as i use to be, i use to beable to fit in so easy!. but now its like really hard, people forget about me n stuff and say i'm really quiet!. i never use to be!. and for some reason i lost confidence and allways care about what people think of me and whenever someone looks at me i dont no what to do!.
any help!?!?

Well if you've lost your confidence, you definitely need to get that back!. Not having confidence goes hand in hand with low self esteem, and people tend to stay away from people like that!. You need to boost up your confidence! Try reminding yourself of all your great qualities, talk to yourself in a positive manner, and imagine yourself being the way before the problems started!. Negative thinking wont get you anywhere, so get those negative thoughts out of your head!. Others wont like you until you like yourself!. Good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, you need a check-up by your doctor to make sure nothing is going on !.!.!. sometimes a change in your personality, "oomph", or self-esteem signals an underlying organic problem; there are many possibilities but it's best to tell your doctor, and go from there!.

If everything is all right, treat yourself to some counseling to help identify the source of your feelings, and the changes you are concerned about!.

It isn't easy to feel left out, depending on who is leaving you out - so take care of yourself, now !.!.!. you didn't mention your age range but regardless you deserve to be happy!. Go for it! Jump in to couseling with both feet!. Try to not take "happy pills;" Talk-Therapy is far better in the long run but find someone who is Board-Certified!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think most people go through stages where they are more outgoing or more quieter!. Its not a bad thing to be quiet unless you arent being invited places or you are feeling bad about yourself for being quiet!. Its all to do with self esteem and how you see yourself!. when you are more conscious of yourself, you are worrying too much about what others think of you instead of what you are really being like!. just be yourself and try be happy with who you are!. if it is a phase then it will pass in time, if its more deeper and you are lacking some confidence, look up some tips online about being more confident!. i know its easier said than done but if you were once outgoing and fitting in fine, then you should be able to find a way to feeling more able to fit in again!.

omg i tottally know how you feel! i used to be the same exact way in high school, i had tons and tons of friends, then out of no where it just stopped, now all i have is a best friend that hardly ever talks to me and a boyfriend!. at least i have my boyfriend, because without him i would be all by myself!.

everyone forgets my name, sometimes even calls me stephine when my name is samantha, but i dont even bother to correct them!.!.!. i just keep to myself, then when i talk to people, i get nervous for some reason just weird!Www@Answer-Health@Com

stop being alone for a long time!.loneliness depresses!.
try to join your friends,if not divert ur attntion by music,sports,cooking,travelling!.!.!.!.!.
The world has got somuch in store for you!.!.

dont lose by thinking negative things!.
be active,confident and think positive,do things that you are comfortable with,
stop living based on others opinions
,but be considerate !
