Answers:
Hi firstly see a doctor especially about stabbing pains to your heart and dizziness as they would suggest you have heart problems or some serious virus ,the back pain could be caused by bad posture or muscle strain when your coughing as you complain of breathlessness in your letter!.
If you suffer from weight problems you will encounter the tightness of chest and also back pain as your body is struggling to cope with the extra stresses caused!.
In short get yourself checked out by the doctor or phone the nhs helpline the number is in the phone bookWww@Answer-Health@Com

do yoga breathing excersises, you might be able to find some on the net on like you tube!. This will clear your tubes and make you feel normal!. I smoke like a chimney and when my lungs feel like they have had enough i do these breathing excersises for a few days!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
