Question: Why od you get a headache all day when you don't get much sleep!?
I could not sleep at all last night and I got about two hours total, after a few hours being up I had the worst headache which made me feel sick ot my stomach all day and I couldn't take a nap or anything!. Why does this happen!? I had coffee this morning and it didn't seem to help, besides getting more sleep what's a good way to remedy feeling gross and having a headache all day from no sleep!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unfortunately, just Aleve, Advil, Tylenol, etc!. Try the viatmin Melatonin!. Also warm milk works for a lot of people!.
If those don't work, see your doctor for Ambien , Lunesta, or Rozerem!. These are safe medications that help you fall asleep!.
