Help really bad back pains!?!
Question: Help really bad back pains!!?
i have these lower back pains never my ribs!. it hurts when i sit sometimes or when I'm uncomfortable!.!.!. ive been putting some icy hot cream (i used the heat patches but the come off easily) it works for a couple of hours but then comes back! my question is should i see a chiropractor and if so how much do they charge i how no insurance! thanx for the help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Same thing happens to me!
And I cant even sleep on certain beds thats how bad it is!
IDK how much it costs to go but im going to go some time soon!
